Knitting Techniques

Knitting techniques are as varied as the knitters who employ them.

Some of us have learned from books, others were taught by a patient person with a passion for knitting.

Each time I master a new technique, I seem to come across a variation, or extrapolate from another that I know.

In the end, what counts is how the finished project looks. If all the stitches are in the correct position and the shaping is correct, it matters little how one gets there.

In this area, I just want to share with you knitting techniques as they come to mind, but please remember, there are many ways to accomplish the same end.
