You will find Export To Paint for a Legend under the Export Tools Menu. There are step by step directions for legend building under the Creating a Legend topic.
Please build your legend vertically. Click add/remove stitches and add rows that equal the number of stitches you wish to represent in your legend. If you have used symbols that span 2 stitches, be sure to set the stitch number to 2.
