When you have a grid and a legend, you may want to print it out on the same sheet of paper or you may want to include the grid and legend in a Sweater Wizard Pattern.
With Sweater Wizard.
Export Sweater Wizard Pattern to MS Word. Save the pattern. Edit as you wish.
Place the cursor on the page at the location where you wish to place the legend.
Click the Insert Menu
Click Picture
Click From File
Open the .bmp file to which you saved the legend.
Follow the same steps to insert your full grid.
Without Sweater Wizard
Open Word or your word processor.
Place the cursor on the page at the location where you wish to place the legend.
Click the Insert Menu
Click Picture
Click From File
Open the .bmp file to which you saved the legend.
Follow the same steps to insert your full grid.
You can size your grid or legend by clicking on the picture in Word. The picture is selected. Move your mouse to the bottom corner of the picture. When you see the double pointed arrow, depress the left mouse button and drag in either direction. Drag toward the inner section of the picture to make it smaller. Drag away from the picture to make it larger.
