Technical Support: Please check the download area assigned for your software. Check to be sure that you have the latest download. If the problem persists please send us an email describing the error. Often, we can isolate the error more quickly if you attach the problematic file.

If it is a knitting question, please post a note to the group. In that way, we can all benefit from both the question and the answer.

Customer Service: Please send email to customer service for product information, wholesale inquiries, pre-sales information.
