Help Fix Utility

On some systems, the Help file does not always open. An error message is received that states "Help file cannot be found. Do you want to find it yourself?"

Please note that Help is installed on your hard drive. The program just can't find it. Do not reinstall. Close the program. Choose the link to the utility that will fix this problem. Download the utility and save it to your desktop.

Close the connection to the internet and run the Help Utility. It will have a construction hat as an icon. Double click the icon and follow the directions. Then open the Knitting Software Program that you are repairing. Click the Help Menu, Click the Guide and Help should open. If you need further assistance, please email support
