If Help fails to run when you first run the program, please check Where is Help?

1. Autorun does not start the installation program.

If your computer can read the cd, but the autorun program fails to execute, please follow the following steps.

Click Start
Click Run
Type d:\setup.exe (d or the letter of your cd-rom drive)
Click OK
Follow the on screen instructions.

The above problems have only occurred in rare instances, but I know how frustrating it is to have bought new software and then to run into an installation snafu. I apologize in advance and just want to let you know that I am always here to help. Just write .

There are two reasons why the computer may not be able to read the cd. In some cases, the cd-rom drive is an older model and there will be a problem, or the cd may just be a dud. If your computer does not recognize the cd, please email us immediately.
