Sweater Wizard Using Word for Multiple Sizes
If you are sharing your pattern with other knitters and want to represent several sizes, you can do this in Word.

Do your pattern in 3 sizes in Sweater Wizard. In other words, do the same pattern 3 times. Print and  Save all three patterns. 

Export the smallest size to Word. Save in Word.

Close Sweater Wizard.

Be sure Word is in Page or Print (depends of version) Layout Mode .

Your pattern is in Word in the smallest size. 

Step 1:  Drawing Toolbar

bulletClick View Menu
bulletClick Toolbars
bulletCheck Drawing if it is not checked
bulletThe drawing toolbar is now at the bottom of your screen.

Step 2: Clearing Numbers on the Schematic

bulletDouble click the schematic.
bulletIt will open in another window.
bulletClick the rectangle tool on the drawing tool bar. 
bulletDraw a small rectangle around the bottom width number on the schematic.
bulletThe rectangle will have a black line as a frame.
bulletTo remove the frame, right click the rectangle
bulletClick Format AutoShape
bulletIn the dialog box, click the arrow under Line color and choose no line
bulletClick OK
bulletYour rectangle is still selected
bulletRight Click Again
bulletClick Set AutoShape default. Now you won't have to remove the frame each time that you draw a rectangle to cover a number.
bulletYour rectangle is still selected
bulletHold the shift key down and click the schematic
bulletNow the rectangle and the schematic are selected
bulletClick the word Draw on the Draw toolbar
bulletClick Group.
bulletDraw a rectangle and group around each number that you wish to hide.

Step 3: Inserting three sizes:

bulletClick the text tool
bulletDraw a text box at the bottom width
bulletClick the Format Menu
bulletClick Fonts
bulletClick Arial
bulletClick 8
bulletChoose a color
bulletClick OK
bulletType in the text box i.e. 16(17,18)
bulletClick outside the textbox
bulletClick the textbox again so it is selected and you can place it exactly where you want.
bulletOnce you have done this, right click the text box
bulletClick Format AutoShape
bulletClick semi-transparent.
bulletOnce you are satisfied, do a grouping so it will stay put.

Continue in this manner until you have made all the changes you wish.

While you are working in this Window, from time to time, Click File, Click Update Picture.

When you are finished, Click Close Picture in the Picture toolbox.

You are now back in your Word document. If your schematic doesn't look as sharp as it did, click on it and go to the bottom right corner. When the arrows appear, stretch it a little and it will be beautiful.

Save

Now, referring to the text directions that you have printed, insert the correct numbers for all three sizes i.e. Cast on 40(50,60)
